This privacy policy applies to the Application (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by RUN the TRAIL, a software development organization, (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free/Freemium service.
The Application does not require users to create an account or provide personally identifiable information to use its core features.

For Applications that offer paid products or services, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., Google Play In-app Billing).
The Service Provider will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.
In case of an error in the Application, the Service Provider may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
To provide its utility functions, the Application may request access to certain device features (e.g., storage, camera, or system settings). These permissions are used solely for the purpose of the Application's functionality and are not used to collect your personal data.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although the Service Provider endeavors to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
